I would like to let everyone know that the following pictures were made about me have been posted on the Bill Bean Ministries page. This post was made about me by Desiree Valdez and Melinda McKamey as she goes by on facebook. They have been trying to get me banned from Warrior Mode as well simply because I only try to join in on the conversation, which is totally unprofessional from the ministry stand point.

Melinda and Desiree concoted to have me setup with impersonation of Bill Bean himself. This has been proven not to be true in anyway shape or form. I am setting the record straight.. What they are doing is illegal and both are involved in fraud by leaving the content about me up! Bill Bean has proof that yes I do work for him but does not realize the impersonation posts and the posts above made by Desiree Valdez at the direction of Melinda McKamey, are felony level fraud especially since none of her comments about me are true. Again, Desiree and Melinda are both under investigation for federal level felony fraud. Melinda is also under further federal investigation as well. Do not send emails to either Desiree or Melinda. If you need prayer request or assistance please email this site. Do not contact either of them. This is an active and ongoing investigation with both of them. Please do not contact them. Melinda is not the person she leads people to believe. She has also used Bill without his knowledge during the entire time his ministry has been existing. You may still email our site if you wish for anything you need. Please do not contact either Desiree or Melinda..... They are the only 2 under investigation.

 

Desiree has caused me to lose almost a grand in money that I have invested over the 11 years of working for Bill Bean. She has no remorse and neither does Melinda. She and Desiree concocted this whole scheme together and despite him telling me that she and I were to work together with Bill, She and Melinda shoved me out of the way and because of the fraud Melinda and Desiree have caused, and Melinda comitting fraud among many other things, it has affected my reputation, image and Desiree has caused me to lose nearly grand in money. Melinda wants me out of the way because she has an angenda and to her I'm interfereing with her plans to further use Bill. I have invested into Bill Bean and the minsitry he created when I designed his entire Marketing Department over the last 11 years for the sole purpose to make his ministry even better and give him a central location for everything to be handled through, but Desiree came in assisted by Melinda and ruined everything for Bill by slandering me and then telling Bill that I impersonated him and was committing fraud when the only one doing that is Melinda herself, and has a long list of other crimes and pending charges the government has uncovered against her but I am not at liberty to disclose. None of this is Bill Bean's fault. He's a good person, he's a very sweet person with compassion, love in his heart, gentle, and always wanting to help people who has a beautiful heart and soul, who was targeted by the wrong individuals and they now can possibly end up costing him his ministry.

Desiree has since recruited Mercedes as well and my heart goes out to her because she has no clue either she is also being duped.

To try and keep me from being involved with the Ministry, Desiree has shut off all commenting and when I try and share things with the support group page, she automatimcally deletes every sinle one of my comments and posts. She has also turned the support group into what people have told me as a members only thing for new people only. People who have been with the ministry longer like me who want to join aren't allowed. I have heard that many people who have wanted to join the support group cannot because she never lets them in or they aren't new so she is very selective over who she allows to participate. Everytime I try and participate in the Warrior Mode chat on the Sunday Show, she has deliberately and repeatedly put me in "time out" as if I were a 3 year old everytime I tried to talk to anyone, she also selects what comments appear on the chat conversation and also tries to prevent me from chatting with others and does this everytime I try to particiapate in the group chat. This is done deliberately so I would have to find other ways to join in.

 

Desiree came into this ministry from the get go bullying me, threatening me, and throwing her weight around and then having the tables turned on me saying I was the problem so Bill would take things out on me stating I was createing problems and dram. Desiree was also told by Melinda that I was not to be told anything about Bill or the minsitry as apart of their agenda. This gives the ministry a bad image and though I offered to work with her, she has now caused me a loss of right around a grand in money that would have been put twoards the growth of this ministry and towards the expenses for Bill to help with the costs and his expenses which would have been and have been done ethically, legally and legitimately. I have been responsible for Bill's Marketing and PR area for the last 11 years until Desiree came in and committed fraud with the help of Melinda who again Melinda, is not the person she claims to be and my heart goes to Bill because he just has no clue what she is truly like or all she's done. Should anything happen to this ministry it will be the result of these two, not me.

What Desiree and everyone else doesn't realize is that when Bill mentioned to me that he was bringing in Desiree, he was only bringing her in because he misunderstood that I was not leaving nor was I branching out nor did I or do I have any intention of giving up Bill and helping him with this ministry, but I will never give him or helping him with the minsitry up. He got the wrong idea of me leaving because I had obtained my ministry credentials to better relate and work with the clients to get get them to Bill for help. Desiree was a mistake being brought in and Bill told me he regreted bringing her in. He didn't have the heart to get rid of her or ask her to leave when he already has a person who is responsible for his marketing and PR area ...... Bill had also said to another friend that he made a giant mistake when he hired her because he realizes that he didn't think things through. Desiree was brought into the minsitry by mistake and under false pretense and I still have the emails to back up when he told me this. She was brought in by mistake only because Bill did not take into consideration that I should have been the one to remain doing his marketing and PR area and he has had the option to use a person who has a degree in cinetagraphy that he should have used instead.

 

So Desiree was brought in because he did not clarify my intentions with him and took things out of context and made false assumption and misconceptions about me leaving in the first place. Bill never told her I already do his PR and Marketing and I'm the one who has been building it all these years. Desiree wasn't really wanted by Bill, just jumped to conclusions without finding out proper information and lied to her stating I was leaving rather than telling her the truth that she was never wanted or needed. Desiree was a mistake being brought in and just an accident. He doesn't want her or need her, he just made her think she was needed but he has me. He just doesn't want to hurt her feelings that he hired her under false information so because Desiree is in a ministry she never should have been brought into and Bill has yet to rectify this, I even raised red flags even before the ministry got put under federal investigation because of Desiree and Melinda working together to attack me and lie to the people. Desiree was never even wanted by Bill, he just failed to tell her he misunderstood my intentions. Now she is has the ministry under investigation by slandering and lying to people about me with the help of Melinda who goes by over 20 names and leads people to believe that she has Bill Bean's and the ministry's best interest at heart. Melinda isn't who Bill believes her to be. Desiree was a mistake brought into this ministry and because of her slandering me with Melinda's help could cost Bill his minstry and I know the ministry means every thing to Bill, but the reason he may not have a ministry much longer is because of those two committing felony level fraud due to the slander and false information posted on me.

If Desiree were truly a professional she would have actually gone to school instead of lying to Bill and everyone about it and she would not need a book to do her stuff from. A true professional would know how to do it instead of asking for help from people who have a degree in cinematography and are a far better fit and candidate than she is. She also wouldn't be dragging Bill's ministry down the toilet either.

 

Bill could have avoided this when I told him I had a very very bad feeling with Desiree and he ignored it. Then she and Melinda teamed up to slander me, and the next thing I know it went into an investigation after someone on facebook contacted Maryland and got an investigation going and now it has gone to federal level. Bill knows he made a mistake bringing in Desiree but I think in his heart if he gets rid of her she will slander him as well the way she did me. Bill truly could have avoided this whole situation when I tried to warn him but he has chosen to keep her and now she has screwed up my finances and doesn't care. Bill could do so much better with Desiree especially since she never took any graphic design classes. A person 45 minutes from Bill informed me that she has never taken graphic design classes nor does she know how to do anything promotion wise. She lied to Bill about being a professional. That same person also has audio that was recorded that has Desiree and Melinda trashing me and others as well but this person is afraid to come forward for fear of getting in trouble. So Desiree thinks she was wanted By Bill? wrong.... he just brought her in under  false information and never told her the truth that I never have ever said to Bill I was quitting or leaving or branching out and he did not bother to tell her he misunderstood my intentions. He brought her in with false information but the truth is that Desiree was never wanted or needed. He jsut didn't have the heart to tell her himself so when I did she didn't believe me. So Desiree was an accident being brought in.... she was never wanted she was brought in under false information. Bill has told this to others and now regrets ever bringing her in because he is starting to realize the damage he has done to me and the person who already offered his service before he brought her in. Desiree still isnt' wanted but Bill keeps her to keep from hurting her feelings and won't realizes Bill already has always had me all this time and I have done this 11 years and she is no professional as she led Bill to believe.

 

Desiree was just a mistake, she was never wanted or needed and thanks to Desiree, the ministry is now under investigation because of the slander and lies she and Melinda told people. Bill stands to lose his whole ministry because of Desiree and Melinda slandering and lying to people about me, and he didn't get rid of her sooner when I tried to warn him of red flags and that I didn't trust her and never will. Bill regrets having her brought in because he realizes the pain he has caused me and the person who asked him to do the show before she was mistakenly chosen. Bill doesn't actually want her he just doesn't know how to get rid of her for fear she could slander him also and lie to people about him like she did me with Melinda's help. I'm the only one who truly cares about Bill and his minstry and I put myself out there to warn him of impending trouble with her and in his heart he knows he messed up and I think the guilt is getting to him but he doesn't know how to truly get rid of her as I think deep down he misses me and he knows he should have stayed with me as well. I'm the one investing into his ministry not her. She was just a fast decision because Bill didn't pause to verify facts of the truth. Now look - She has gotten the minsitry put under federal investigation and Bill stands to lose everything! If Bill loses this ministry, it will because of her and Melinda.- Not me.

Since late 2014, I have been building Bill his own Marketing and PR area, out of my personal money. I have done it in samll incriments over the years and because of Desiree shoving me out of the way, SHE alone, not Bill has caused me at least $1000 in investment loss because, the money I have been investing into Bill and the Ministry, have been trying to help build a better and bigger ministry for Bill, and to help Bill himself with ministry costs expenses. I have also been in the process over the last year of trying to set up a travel and client cost expense account to help people obtain help with Bill who couldn't afford his services out of the goodness of my heart, but Melinda has been misleading Bill all these years thinking she had his and the best interest of the ministry at heart, and together with Desiree, they  committed felony level fraud when they launched their attack against me and nothing Desiree has posted has been taken down to date depsite repreated requests for removal.

 

I do not blame Bill himself for what they did, but Desiree and Melinda alone are at fault for potentially costing Bill his ministry which I have treated as IF it were my own. Not Bill. The only two trying to destroy his ministry is Desiree and Melinda themselves - Especially since Melinda only cares about herself, she doesn't care about Bill 1 bit and never has. She is only in this ministry as the scheduler, for her own personal gain and Bill is her target because this sweet,  genuine, loving, compassionate, gentle, and amazing person, called by GOD to help others, is in her cross hairs. I have tried protecting Bill for years and he has no clue the truth to what Melinda really is like and who she really is...It kills me not being able to disclose but the investigation will come out on it's own and be revealed to Bill when the time right.

I know satan is attacking Bill as he is everyone because Bill himself would not normally put up with people who work with him slandering others publicly. Please pray for Bill and the minsitry because Desiree and Melinda have very likely just caused Bill to be shut down or to try and rebuild his ministry from the ground up again.Only GOD knows the fate of what will happen as does the outcome of the investigation by the federal government. Bill needs all the prayers he can get right now. In the beginning of Bill's Ministry he did not charge for his services. Melinda set his fees........ that's why they are the way they are. He is being used as her cash cow and he thinks she cares about him in the ministry .......... WRONG! She's using Bill and has all these years. She doesn't care about Bill, the ministry or the clients one bit. There is verified solidified proof of this in the investigation.

My father was a senior project manger in an archetictural firm who was head HR for 35 years, my mom was head of her job for 42 years with HR responsibilities in a lawfirm as the head legal assistant to her boss who passed away from a massive heart attack around 3 years ago. I, following in the HR and Management area footsteps of my parents, have had manangement and HR responsibilities since late 90s early 2000's on prior to beginning with Bill Bean. I also took business classes for 4 years in mid 2000s prior to beginning the ministry.. I have been building Bill his own Marketing system since 2014, because I wanted him to not only have 1 central area for this, but I have done it out of my own personal finances and I wanted to give him back something from the heart to dedicate to the work Bill does and to give back to him for all the lives he has changed and to make the ministry even better and bigger. So, I created his own marketing system, but now Bill could lose his ministry because of Desiree and Melinda and the felony level fraud they commited and the fact that Bill Bean in Melinda's eyes is nothing to her, but she only sees him as a walking Dollar sign to put it as gently as I can without getting into everything she's done to him. I have heard from many people that Desiree only sees Bill for 1 thing..... and it's not friendship. Melinda claims to care about Bill, but she's only interested in his money and nothing more. Bill, in her eyes, is a cash cow to melinda and is grooming Desiree to follow her footsteps. So, that being said, Melinda wanted me out of the way so she can continue to hurt this sweet, beautiful and gentle heart and soul, loving caring man with a heart of gold with her own agenda and to make think Bill she truly cares about him, and helping others. The only one between me, Desiree and Melinda who truly care what happens with this ministry is ME... Those two have no ounce of respect or have either the best interest of the Ministry or Bill Bean at heart. The only one who truly cares about Bill and HIS Ministry is me and I always will. As they say in the bible the truth shall set you free. This ministry belongs to Bill Bean alone not Melinda and Desiree.

The fate of his ministry is in the hands of the goverment because of Melinda and Desiree. I had nothing to do with any of the investigation, it was began because a viewer on facebook who chose to remain anonymous reported Desiree and Melinda for their actions as I was only told about it, and then let I Bill know once I received word. Now it's up to the government as to what happens and the real questions is if the ministry can survive this and turn around to be even better than it was before this happened. We ask that you please pray for Bill and that this ministry he has, I pray he can hopefully have a fresh new start with definitely myself, who will always be there for him no matter what, and hopefully a whole new business approach can be developed for Bill with some additional people who can help make his ministry what it should have been all along and run the way a ministry should be that he has always dreamed of and can be proud of. I would love to see a whole brandnew minstry for Bill rebuilt so Bill can continue to do GOD's work with ease and confidence, however, it's up to the goverment as to the fate and if he keeps the ministry.

This information below and above, is considered slander and libel on their part and what they are doing is federal level felony fraud becase of the posts made about me which has yet to be removed.. They are both breaking the law with their posts about me...............Here is the law stated in plain terms.

​

According to the law. Violation of Hippa falls under statute 42 U.S. Code § 1320d–6 - Wrongful disclosure of individually identifiable health information. (whether or not it be true, this information cannot be disclosed)

(a) OffenseA person who knowingly and in violation of this part—(1)

uses or causes to be used a unique health identifier;

(2)

obtains individually identifiable health information relating to an individual; or

(3)

discloses individually identifiable health information to another person,

shall be punished as provided in subsection (b). For purposes of the previous sentence, a person (including an employee or other individual) shall be considered to have obtained or disclosed individually identifiable health information in violation of this part if the information is maintained by a covered entity (as defined in the HIPAA privacy regulation described in section 1320d–9(b)(3) of this title) and the individual obtained or disclosed such information without authorization.

(b) PenaltiesA person described in subsection (a) shall—(1)

be fined not more than $50,000.00, imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both;

(2)

if the offense is committed under false pretenses, be fined not more than $100,000.00, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both; and

(3)

if the offense is committed with intent to sell, transfer, or use individually identifiable health information for commercial advantage, personal gain, or malicious harm, be fined not more than $250,000.00, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.

 

Under the Law, Slander and Libel written in any form, posted or oral, is a violation under statute 28 U.S. Code § 4101

 

(1) Defamation.—

The term “defamation” means any action or other proceeding for defamation, libel, slander, or similar claim alleging that forms of speech are false, have caused damage to reputation or emotional distress, have presented any person in a false light, or have resulted in criticism, dishonor, or condemnation of any person.

(2) Domestic court.—

The term “domestic court” means a Federal court or a court of any State.

(3) Foreign court.—

The term “foreign court” means a court, administrative body, or other tribunal of a foreign country.

(4) Foreign judgment.—

The term “foreign judgment” means a final judgment rendered by a foreign court.

(5) State.—

The term “State” means each of the several States, the District of Columbia, and any commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.

(6) United states person.—The term “United States person” means—(A)

a United States citizen;

(B)

an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence to the United States;

(C)

an alien lawfully residing in the United States at the time that the speech that is the subject of the foreign defamation action was researched, prepared, or disseminated; or

(D)

a business entity incorporated in, or with its primary location or place of operation in, the United States.

 

(a) Criminal acts and penalties(1)

Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, any person who knowingly violates section 1824 of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $3,000.00, or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.

(2)(A)

If any person knowingly violates section 1824 of this title, after one or more prior convictions of such person for such a violation have become final, such person shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $5,000.00, or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both.

(B)

Any person who knowingly makes, or causes to be made, a false entry or statement in any report required under this chapter; who knowingly makes, or causes to be made, any false entry in any account, record, or memorandum required to be established and maintained by any person or in any notification or other information required to be submitted to the Secretary under section 1823 of this title; who knowingly neglects or fails to make or cause to be made, full, true, and correct entries in such accounts, records, memoranda, notification, or other materials; who knowingly removes any such documentary evidence out of the jurisdiction of the United States; who knowingly mutilates, alters, or by any other means falsifies any such documentary evidence; or who knowingly refuses to submit any such documentary evidence to the Secretary for inspection and copying shall be guilty of an offense against the United States, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $5,000.00, or imprisoned for not more than three years, or both.

(C)

Any person who forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes with any person while engaged in or on account of the performance of his official duties under this chapter shall be fined not more than $5,000.00, or imprisoned not more than three years, or both. Whoever, in the commission of such acts, uses a deadly or dangerous weapon shall be fined not more than $10,000.00, or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both. Whoever kills any person while engaged in or on account of the performance of his official duties under this chapter shall be punishable as provided under sections 1111 and 1112 of title 18.

(b) Civil penalties; review and enforcement(1)

Any person who violates section 1824 of this title shall be liable to the United States for a civil penalty of not more than $2,000.00 for each violation. No penalty shall be assessed unless such person is given notice and opportunity for a hearing before the Secretary with respect to such violation. The amount of such civil penalty shall be assessed by the Secretary by written order. In determining the amount of such penalty, the Secretary shall take into account all factors relevant to such determination, including the nature, circumstances, extent, and gravity of the prohibited conduct and, with respect to the person found to have engaged in such conduct, the degree of culpability, any history of prior offenses, ability to pay, effect on ability to continue to do business, and such other matters as justice may require.

(2)

Any person against whom a violation is found and a civil penalty assessed under paragraph (1) of this subsection may obtain review in the court of appeals of the United States for the circuit in which such person resides or has his place of business or in the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit by filing a notice of appeal in such court within 30 days from the date of such order and by simultaneously sending a copy of such notice by certified mail to the Secretary. The Secretary shall promptly file in such court a certified copy of the record upon which such violation was found and such penalty assessed, as provided in section 2112 of title 28. The findings of the Secretary shall be set aside if found to be unsupported by substantial evidence.

(3)

If any person fails to pay an assessment of a civil penalty after it has become a final and unappealable order, or after the appropriate court of appeals has entered final judgment in favor of the Secretary, the Secretary shall refer the matter to the Attorney General, who shall recover the amount assessed in any appropriate district court of the United States. In such action, the validity and appropriateness of the final order imposing the civil penalty shall not be subject to review.

(4)

The Secretary may, in his discretion, compromise, modify, or remit, with or without conditions, any civil penalty assessed under this subsection.

(c) Disqualification of offenders; orders; civil penalties applicable; enforcement procedures

In addition to any fine, imprisonment, or civil penalty authorized under this section, any person who was convicted under subsection (a) or who paid a civil penalty assessed under subsection (b) or is subject to a final order under such subsection assessing a civil penalty for any violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation issued under this chapter may be disqualified by order of the Secretary, after notice and an opportunity for a hearing before the Secretary, from showing or exhibiting any horse, judging or managing any horse show, horse exhibition, or horse sale or auction for a period of not less than one year for the first violation and not less than five years for any subsequent violation. Any person who knowingly fails to obey an order of disqualification shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than $3,000.00 for each violation. Any horse show, horse exhibition, or horse sale or auction, or the management thereof, collectively and severally, which knowingly allows any person who is under an order of disqualification to show or exhibit any horse, to enter for the purpose of showing or exhibiting any horse, to take part in managing or judging, or otherwise to participate in any horse show, horse exhibition, or horse sale or auction in violation of an order shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than $3,000 for each violation. The provisions of subsection (b) of this section respecting the assessment, review, collection, and compromise, modification, and remission of a civil penalty apply with respect to civil penalties under this subsection.

(d) Production of witnesses and books, papers, and documents; depositions; fees; presumptions; jurisdiction(1)

The Secretary may require by subpoena the attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of books, papers, and documents relating to any matter under investigation or the subject of a proceeding. Witnesses summoned before the Secretary shall be paid the same fees and mileage that are paid witnesses in the courts of the United States.

(2)

The attendance of witnesses, and the production of books, papers, and documents, may be required at any designated place from any place in the United States. In case of disobedience to a subpoena the Secretary, or any party to a proceeding before the Secretary, may invoke the aid of any appropriate district court of the United States in requiring attendance and testimony of witnesses and the production of such books, papers, and documents under the provisions of this chapter.

(3)

The Secretary may order testimony to be taken by deposition under oath in any proceeding or investigation pending before him, at any stage of the proceeding or investigation. Depositions may be taken before any person designated by the Secretary who has power to administer oaths. The Secretary may also require the production of books, papers, and documents at the taking of depositions.

(4)

Witnesses whose depositions are taken and the persons taking them shall be entitled to the same fees as paid for like services in the courts of the United States or in other jurisdictions in which they may appear.

(5)

In any civil or criminal action to enforce this chapter or any regulation under this chapter a horse shall be presumed to be a horse which is sore if it manifests abnormal sensitivity or inflammation in both of its forelimbs or both of its hindlimbs.

(6)

The United States district courts, the District Court of Guam, the District Court of the Virgin Islands, the highest court of American Samoa, and the United States courts of the other territories, are vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce, and to prevent and restrain violations of this chapter, and shall have jurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this chapter, except as provided in subsection (b) of this section.

(e) Detention of horses; seizure and condemnation of equipment(1)

The Secretary may detain (for a period not to exceed twenty-four hours) for examination, testing, or the taking of evidence, any horse at any horse show, horse exhibition, or horse sale or auction which is sore or which the Secretary has probable cause to believe is sore. The Secretary may require the temporary marking of any horse during the period of its detention for the purpose of identifying the horse as detained. A horse which is detained subject to this paragraph shall not be moved by any person from the place it is so detained except as authorized by the Secretary or until the expiration of the detention period applicable to the horse.

(2)

Any equipment, device, paraphernalia, or substance which was used in violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation issued under this chapter or which contributed to the soring of any horse at or prior to any horse show, horse exhibition, or horse sale or auction, shall be liable to be proceeded against, by process of libel for the seizure and condemnation of such equipment, device, paraphernalia, or substance, in any United States district court within the jurisdiction of which such equipment, device, paraphernalia, or substance is found. Such proceedings shall conform as nearly as possible to proceedings in rem in admiralty.

In accordance with Iowa law and the law in general, it is illegal to provide a false statement, whether written in any fashion including social media, or oral, of an individual's character and/or reputation, which:
